EARTHWORK VOLUMES We will compare existing to proposed elevations and provide you with an accurate account of cut and fill quantities using Agtek Earthwork 3D software including the following items: ·Clearing Area ·Stripping Cubic Yards ·Cut/fill Quantities to Subgrade ·Volume and Area Reports ·Top Soil Spread Additional services that can help you prepare your bid or assist you during construction include: ·Balance Regions, showing you the most economical way to manage site cuts and fills. ·Profiles Views, showing you profiles at various intervals throughout the site. · Geotechnical Analysis and Strata Volumes, providing you with quantities of the various strata layers and soils management based on the geotechnical report.
MATERIAL TAKEOFFS INCLUDING SITE IMPROVEMENTS, UTILITIES AND CONCRETE
We use various software to accurately establish your material quatities including software that is specifc for Site Utilites. We will give you an easy to use spread sheet so that you can simply input your unit prices for any of the following items: ·Soil erosion controls ·Site removals ·Storm sewer ·Sanitary sewer ·Water distribution ·Sub-base for Walks and Pavement Areas ·Curb, Sidewalk and Retaining Walls ·Pavement ·Foundation Excavation/Gravel Under Slab ·Concrete Foundations WHAT YOU RECEIVE You will receive a final report consisting of a project summary, volume report, cut/fill grid map, multiple 3d views and material reports if selected.
Choose how you would like to receive your report: · 8-1/2x11 Hard copy with color graphics sent via overnight service* or ·PDF file Sent via Email or ·PDF file Sent on a CD via overnight service* We will also return any paper prints and/or CD if you request. *Shipping Charges are Billed Separately TURNAROUND TIME We will work diligently to provide you with a final report in a timely manner. With our past experience and knowledge of earthwork we realize how little time you have to do your bids and will work accordingly to get your takeoff done within your time constraints. Our average turnaround time is usually 1-3 days depending on the size and detail of your project. PRICING We work on an hourly basis and prices start at about $300 on average for a simple earthwork takeoff depending on the size and detail of your project. We charge you only for the hours we work on your project with no minimum number of hours.
PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards and will charge your card once we send your final report. Established clients can set up a credit account payable in 30 days. FOLLOW UP SERVICE Once we have completed and sent your report we will follow up with a phone call to discuss and review your project. We want to make sure that you are clear on what was included and how we came upon our conclusions. We will assist you with any questions you may have and thoroughly review the takeoff with you. We will also make any minor revisions, adjustments or changes as you request as quickly as possible knowing that you will be preparing your bid for submittal. We will only charge additional for these revisions if they take more than an hour. Anything less than an hour is no charge. Our goal is for you to be a successful bidder.
WHAT WE NEED Please send us the civil drawings and specifications in print or electronic format. If you are able to obtain a CAD file please send it with the drawings.
